I told the woman at the counter I would like to return these dresses. The woman started talking loudly so everyone could hear what she was saying. She embarrassed me for no reason. She was screaming that the items cannot be returned. They were final sales. I didn’t know that. I asked if I could talk to the manager. She laughed and said she was the manager. I said I need to return these. There was nothing on the receipt that showed no returns. Then she said the store closes at *. You can until it closes if you like. Laughing all the time. You must have cameras in the store. Check it out between *-*:** on Friday. All I asked was to return it. If I couldn’t, all she had to do is be nice and explain to me why I couldn’t. A woman in the store heard the whole exchange because she was screaming. She told me to write Michael Kors to complain about what happened because it wasn’t right what she did. If she was having a bad day, don’t take it out on the customers. I’ve shopped at Michael Kors for years and have had excellent service. This was the first time, especially from a manager, that I was humiliated in front of other people. She should set an example for the other employees. But she let Michael Kors down by her actions.

What happened: I originally bought the Calabasas sunglasses in Vero beach Florida about * to * years ago and I absolutely love them anyways something happened then they went missing. I don’t know where they went. My mom bought me another pair for Christmas this year that just passed from the West Palm Beach store and I called but they didn’t have any more and then I called Vero beach because that’s where I bought my original pair and they didn’t have any more either but the gentleman there was nice enough to call around and find some for me And he found me a pair and they were sent to me. They were damaged. I return them to the West Palm Beach store. The West Palm Beach store issued a merchandise certificate, and then they ordered me a pair from Manchester Center and those were delivered damage Once again now I’d like to get a third pair , I need some help to see if Manchester center still has any in stock because originally I was told by the manager at the West Palm Beach office location in Florida that they had plenty in stock so I’m seeing if they still have some in stock, and how we can get this situation taken care of Because I really like these sunglasses and I’d really like to get a pair because I believe they’re being discontinued with nobody having them and some this seems like it might work out if they still have a pair but I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with what I have the damaged pair that I have here that was just delivered via UPS about a little bit over a week ago but I kept calling the West Palm Beach office location because they were the one that help me with the situation And the manager that helped me was on vacation so she just got back and she’s now telling me that she can’t help me and that I have to go back to the original store. I tried calling them tonight and it seems that their mailbox is full which seems a little strange to me, but I’m just trying to get some help so I can get new sunglasses like they’re already paid for I don’t believe that I should have to pay again. I don’t know why they issued a merchandise credit for the second pair when they should’ve just did an even exchange because I already paid for them like Vero Beach sent me a link to the store who had them in stock and I paid with them with my credit card online But the second pair that but when those were delivered damaged and I brought them in to West Palm Beach instead of just doing an even exchange, they did they issued a Murch. They did a return issued a merchandise credit and that’s how they paid for the pair at the Manchester Center location and that’s how those were sent out to me. Once again, they were received damaged their sunglasses so they’re pretty small. They were put into a big box with a little bit of paper in a small bag And with all this rain that we’ve been having the night there is nothing to really protect the sunglasses yes they were in a case but it’s not too sturdy and I mean the box is huge. The sunglasses are small the bag that they were in the small they could pack them a whole bunch more paper in there and maybe that would’ve helped. I’m not sure how to handle this situation. They can send it to the store and I can pick it up , I’m willing to work with the situation here but I don’t believe that I should have to pay again.
